Redmer is my Name

In the August 17 issue of the Northeast Booster, someone questioned the absence of my middle name "Redmer" in a letter that ran in the August 3 issue. It gratifies me that my letters are being read and my advocacy on important issues are resonating.

When my letter to the editor was submitted my middle name "Redmer" was included, as it always is. I am not sure how it was lost between the submission and it's publication.

Regarding the perspective that I made a decision to reconsider using my full name because my father is the Maryland Insurance Commissioner is absurd. My family, including my father, has lived our entire lives in the Perry Hall community. Additionally,
my father has proudly served our community for over 25 years as a volunteer, community leader and elected official. So I will proudly continue using my full name as I have since
my marriage.
